Leading Change. Building Stronger Organisations.
Successful transformation is rarely about processes or technology alone. It is about leadership, organisational alignment and the ability to bring people through change while maintaining business performance.
Throughout his executive career, Herwarth Brune has led organisations through periods of significant transformation. This has included business repositioning, organisational redesign, cultural change, acquisitions and integrations, leadership development and large-scale operational improvement.
As Country President of Securitas Germany, he led the transformation of the business from a traditional guarding company into an integrated security solutions provider while doubling EBITDA over three years and delivering sustained revenue growth. Earlier, as Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Germany, he repositioned the business into a broader workforce solutions provider, combining organic growth with acquisitions to almost double revenue.
Today, Herwarth Brune supports investors, boards and executive management teams during phases of significant organisational change, bringing practical leadership experience gained from decades of executive responsibility.
